Biography
For over a decade when your students were kids, they awoke to Saved By The Bell on NBC’s #1 rated Saturday morning line-up. Eventually syndicated on TBS and in over 87 countries around the world, the times and troubles of Zack, Kelly, Slater, Lisa, Jessie, Screech, and of course, Mr. Belding, captivated your students. Mr. Belding was the voice of calm and wisdom, as well as humor to them growing up. He was the principal they always wanted. Today actor & story teller Dennis Haskins brings the world of “Saved By The Bell” back to them through “Mr. Belding on Campus” with entertaining stories about “…Bell” and meaningful leadership and motivational messages based on Dennis’ career pursuit.
With an acting career that spans 4 decades and a business resume that also includes programming on college campuses and music promotion and management, Dennis understands what it takes to deliver an entertaining and inspiring evening to students. Because it’s their beloved Mr. Belding, students line up in droves before to see the show, and after to get autographs. In addition to SBTB stories, Dennis shares the hard knocks of pursuing a dream and motivates students to get involved and take chances while in school.
His program is multi-dimensional, multi-media, interactive, fun and inspiring, and guaranteed to fill any facility. As one of the most recognizable figures from their childhood television days (AOL voted Mr. Belding as the #1 principal on TV!), Mr. Belding makes an impact on the students at your campus. They listen to him. While many will recognize him as this prominent Saturday morning figure, Dennis Haskins has much more to offer as a live speaker to America’s college campuses. Mr. Belding having been the moral compass for Zack, Kelly, Slater and the crew, gives your students the opportunity to receive some real world advice and experience and from Mr. Belding’s real world counterpart, Dennis Haskins
